Project overview
The railyard is dis-used and creates a large vacuum in the centre of the city fabric. Previous shemes for the site have required large scale infrastructure investments. This scheme is designed to break the 25 hectare site down into smaller sites that can be taken forward at a variety of paces. This will create cash flow as quickly as possible while still maintaining value for the larger parcels
